The South Beach Diet
Following your South Beach Diet couldn’t be easier. We take care of your entire homemade, gourmet meal plan for you and deliver it fresh to your door twice a week.
You will receive a menu custom designed for you each week. Through our online ordering system, you send us your choice of breakfast, lunch, dinners and snacks and we’ll do all the shopping, cooking and deliver it fresh to your door. All you have to do is heat and eat (if heating is necessary).
We prepare both phases one and two.
Phase One: This phase is designed to “unhook” you from your cravings and kick start the weight loss process. It is low in fat and very low in all carbohydrates and eliminates simple carbohydrates. You get lots of vegetables, salads and controlled portions of lean meats. This plan includes three meals and two snacks per day, seven days per week. Our clients tell us they are never hungry and the food is really good.
Phase Two: This phase slowly reintroduces good carbohydrates like fruits, whole grains and seeds to your diet. Healthy fats are used to create some great sauces and we use more beef and pork. The variety is so much greater; you never knew healthy food could taste this good! This plan includes three meals and two snacks per day, seven days per week. The cost for this is $220.00 per week plus tax and delivery, if applicable.
